All orders as part of products appearing in the online store of the website www.worldbynika.com means prior acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Clicking the order confirmation button means that they are fully accepted.

General provisions on data protection

The General Data Protection Regulation (RODO) entered into force on May 25, 2018. It requires the explicit authorization of any commercial communication with clients. Pursuant to these Regulations, the user has agreed to receive by email our communication related to the purchase process, our promotional offers and the latest information about products and services. If you wish to modify or delete data from the register, an e-mail with this information is required.

General conditions

The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods offered by the SELLER to the Consumer. The order confirmation will be confirmed by e-mail to the address provided by the consumer in the order form.

Product information

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the SELLER'S WEBSITE. Product names, descriptions and photos are for identification purposes only.

Offer validity period and price

Our prices are valid on a given day.

Delivery metod

Products are delivered to the address provided by the consumer in the order form and only in the geographical areas we support. All products leave our office in perfect condition. The customer must report to the carrier (or postman) the slightest trace of damage (holes, traces of crushing, etc.) on the package and, if necessary, refuse to accept the package. A new identical product will then be sent by the SELLER free of charge. Replacement of any product declared damaged during transport cannot be arranged without any reservations at the time the package is received. As with any shipment, there is a possibility of delay or loss of the product. In this case, we instruct the carrier to start an investigation. We strive to find this shipment as long as necessary. We disclaim all liability for longer delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products, bad weather or strikes.

The delivery problem is caused by the carrier

All delivery discrepancies (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged packaging, damaged products ...) must be absolutely indicated on the delivery note in writing, together with the Customer's signature.The consumer must at the same time confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within (2) two business days after the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, including the content of the complaint. The consumer must send a copy of this letter to the SELLER'S ADDRESS. We do not make any exchanges without this documentation.

Errors in delivery The consumer will have to formulate with the SELLER, on the day of delivery or at the latest the first business day after delivery, all complaints regarding delivery error and / or non-compliance of products in nature or quality compared to the indications appearing in the order form. After this period, all complaints will be rejected. Formulation of this complaint to the SELLER may be made to the SELLER'S ADDRESS. Any complaints not reported in the rules set out above and within the time limits cannot be accepted and release the SELLER from any liability towards the consumer. In the event of a delivery or exchange error, any product to be exchanged or reimbursed must be returned to the SELLER as a whole and in its original packaging in perfect condition to the SELLER'S ADDRESS. To be accepted, all returns must be reported and have the prior consent of the SELLER, who in the event of an agreement will redirect the package to the correct address. Shipping costs are borne by the SELLER.

Product Warranty

The warranty period is one year (1 year). Excluded from this warranty are all products modified or repaired by the customer or an entity other than the service providers selected by the SELLER and worn not in accordance with the rules of use set out below.

Any mechanical damage (broken line, broken chain, crushed stone, discoloration, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. Repair and shipping at the customer's expense.

RULES FOR THE USE OF JEWELRY

At WORLDbyNIKA we use the highest quality materials. With proper care, our jewelry will serve its owners for many years. Below are some tips on how to best care for your jewelry:

1. After use, wipe the bracelet with a soft cotton cloth. Stones and metals cannot be cleaned with chemicals.

2. When wearing jewelry purchased from WORLDbyNIKA, do not use cosmetics (creams, lotions, shampoos, oils, perfumes, etc.) and other chemical substances that can cause corrosion and ascension.

3. It is not recommended to wear jewelry while bathing, sleeping, cleaning or while playing sports.

4. Jewelry should be stored separately from other jewelry, preferably in a box / purse, away from natural sunlight and heat.

5. It is not recommended to stretch the elastic line too much, as it may break. A broken line, a string worn or a chain broken is not covered by the warranty.

6. Jewelry purchased from WORLDbyNIKA is not suitable for children under the age of 3 due to small parts.

The right to withdraw from the contrach

The right of withdrawal applies not for the companies – only for prived person. The consumer has fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at his expense, products that do not suit him. This period runs from the date of receipt of the consumer's order. Any returns can be reported in advance to the SELLER customer service department. The product should be returned to the SELLER'S ADDRESS. Only products returned in full, in the original complete and intact packaging, in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. A product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged is not refundable or exchangeable. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you may request a refund or exchange the product. In the event of an exchange, the package will be sent at the consumer's expense. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the SELLER will make every effort to return the consumer a refund within fourteen (14) days.

Rights of Use

The use of brands, names and photos from the SELLER is strictly prohibited.

Final Provisions

If one or more provisions of these general conditions are fund, the remaining provisions shall retain their full force and scope.

Applicable Law

These general conditions are subject to French law. This applies to both material and formal principles. In the event of a dispute or complaint, the consumer will first contact the SELLER for an amicable solution.

Personal data protection

All data that you entrust to us is used to process your orders. According to Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 regarding data, files and freedoms, you have the right to rectify, view, modify and delete data that you provide to us.
